Wanting a Clarity Reset Early 2026?
The sustainability field is full of urgency, and it is good that it is noticed as urgency. Like witnessing COP30, is just so fulfilling. To hear the participants and leaders describing the field sensing the urgency in the room. The energy there was felt, truly.
But - urgency can be a heavy place to stand in, also.
Early-career professionals tell me the same thing again and again:
“I know the work matters. I just don’t know how to hold it all without losing myself.”
In a sector defined by complexity, clarity becomes your greatest strategic asset.
But there is nobody teaching that or giving advices or acknowledging it, somehow. Or am I just the only one. Well, I know we are few of us that are embracing these issues. So, no I am not alone wanting to support people in sustainability.
It is not just, that clarity is needed about your job tasks.
It is about your direction, your values, your personal boundaries, and the unique contribution only you can make.
And that’s where most people feel the gap.
