What if you could truly change someone’s life?

I’ve been asking myself that question since I was a child.

As a kid, I wanted to be a metaphor of the sun, to shine light in a way that would make a difference. I didn’t yet know the path, but I knew my focus was the Earth.

At 11, I already had pen pals all over the world. Every letter I sent carried a hand-drawn sun on the envelope, a little spark of light sent across borders. It was my way of giving something bright, even then.

I chose to study International Business because, being practical, I knew that money could be a force for good. “Global” was always part of my vision, not just to work across countries, but to impact something bigger than myself.

And without realizing it, I’ve always followed an inner compass that kept guiding me toward people from all over the world, diverse, creative, passionate souls.
My arena.
My people.
The place where I know I can make an impact.

But here’s what I’ve learned:
The ability to impact lives isn’t just about what you know. It’s about how you show up.
And sometimes, you need someone to hold a vision in front of you and with you until you can hold it for yourself.

That’s what my 1:1 coaching is about, helping ambitious sustainability professionals move from uncertainty to clarity, towards more energy and also being clear on how to influence.
