That Sustainability Voice: A Real Story

June 02, 20252 min read

She was leading circular economy efforts in a well-known company. Passionate, informed and full of potential, yet each time she stepped into a leadership meeting, she felt small, thematic vice.

I know what I’m doing matters” she told me during our session, “....but when I speak up, it’s like my message disappears.”

This was her story. Not because she lacked skills, but because the internal voice was like:

▶️ “They won’t listen.” “I’m not senior enough.” “It’s not the right time.”

We worked on shifting her state. That inner space of energy, focus and certainty that shapes how we show up, often more than credentials ever could. We went through some "grounding technique", how to breathe deeply into presence and take roots in the value of her message. From that space, something changed.

It wasn´t a new certification, but a rather reframe: How to speak the language of business without diluting the core mission. How to link circular thinking to innovation and resilience. And then, connecting the dots with her own story.

Together, we shaped a mindset that had the leadership listen, and she could stand there proudly behind it all.

⭐ In our next session, she smiled. “I finally truly spoke up and from my core and this time, I was heard.”

This is what real transformation looks like. Not a grand overnight shift, but a alignment between your why, presence and your voice.

If you’re navigating complex sustainability work and craving that kind of clarity, my self-paced course "Pathway to Clarity" is designed for many of you. It’s where strategy meets mindset—because in this field, we don’t just need more knowledge.

We need space and support to lead and a coach who sees the change you’re capable of.

Let’s build that clarity together.
