Beautiful family ❤️

Today, I want to share something that's been hard to witness this year: the profound connection between climate change and conflict in our world. I am not going to speak about the wars going on, it is beyond my understanding and too deep to get into. But it is a reality that moves me deeply – and also when you take that toward the environmental matters, how many communities contributing least to greenhouse gas emissions are bearing the heaviest burden of our changing climate, facing challenges that can feel overwhelming.

But even in these complex times, I see so much light and possibility.

🌎 Following the COP29 conference in Azerbaijan is both heart-warming and ugly tasty at the same time. The first one, it fills me with hope to witness the beautiful collaboration and alliances are happening there. The stories that are being told by many individuals from so many countries. Amazingly many people working consistently on these matters in their countries.

👉 Collective solutions is the only answer to our global challenges.

Organizations like UNOPS are joining hands with private companies, but more importantly, they're listening to and empowering local communities. As well the World Bank Group with new fund for small enterprises and farmers. These partnerships aren't just about funding – they're about honoring local wisdom and ensuring every voice is heard in shaping our collective future.

You know what truly inspires me? It's seeing how we can transform seemingly insurmountable challenges when we come together with open hearts and shared purpose 🥰

👉 Each of you, in your own unique way, is part of this global movement of change-makers.

As you continue your sustainability journey, you or your company, please remember that your efforts, however small they might seem, ripple out into the world.

We're all connected in this mission, and together, our compassionate action can create the positive change our world needs.

With hope and mostly gratitude 🙏
