Begin with your company's baseline, right? 

Map out your current reporting systems.

• Think of it like creating a treasure map of your organization's existing information. 

• Start with your financial reports, operational records, and existing sustainability initiatives.

⭐ Pro tip from the conference: Don't try to capture everything at once. Focus on creating a "10.000 m view" of your organization's sustainability landscape. Identify the key areas where you can make the most immediate impact.
