From Job to Joy

Just wanted to tell you what it means for me to move from Job to Joy....

Starting my path of a solo business owner, coach and mentor, I have transformed my passion for sustainability into a purpose-driven career that hopefully brings true joy and fulfillment. Hope you are with me? Look...some explanation here:

🌴 At BGlobal - Sustainability, my mission is to kindly and supportively help young sustainability professionals to thrive in their careers while nurturing their personal well-being. Then I mean "young" in whatever sense you may experience it.

Having navigated various roles in and around the CSR and sustainability arena since 2005, I understand the unique challenges and pressures faced by individuals passionate about making a positive impact. It is a bit like working for a NGO, if you know the feeling. You want to give and give more, but the surroundings move slowly around you, and then you work even harder.

🍃 This journey from job to joy is more than a career shift, it’s a humble commitment to inspire and guide others to find clarity, confidence, and balance in their sustainability deliverings. I hope it will fly and spread some good vibes.

As a solopreneur, I hope each day to be unique and helping others unlocking their potential and achieve their goals. I offer personalized coaching that focuses on skill development, career transitions, and overcoming obstacles to create empowered and resilient leaders.

I am guided by core values of cooperation, sustainability, empowerment, and integrity, and my aim is to foster a generation of sustainability leaders who are willing and able to invest in themselves.
