The complexity of the world today, reading sustainability profession, is perhaps a challenge for some of those starting their career after University. The AI is changing the landscape and everybody are trying to find the way in a blurred system, at the moment. New laws and regulations, technology is changing the path and innovation is desired, besides all kinds of capabilities being demanded.
My job with BGlobal is to be of assistance to young sustainability professionals, since they have a hugh task ahead in revitalising the harmony between nature and daily busy lives.
Through BGlobal I provide eCoaching to the Leaders of tomorrow.
For some reason it has been hard for sustainability players to communicate about sustainability. Being an economist myself, and having work experience from civil societies to the public sector and banking, to name a few, I know that it has been and still is a challenge to implement and talk about sustainability in business.
It demands immense consistency and deep belief in the gain of it all.
I am providing the future generation a boozt of confidence and competence, to succeed with demanding sustainability projects in your organisation.
The aim is to not let anybody who is interested in sustainability profession to drop-out. We surely need each an every interested youngster to get aboard and do their best to get ESG matters to thrive in all organisations.
