Coaching for In-House Sustainability Professionals

Being the sustainability person inside a company, especially a smaller one, can be isolating. You were given a mandate but maybe not a budget. You're expected to know many things often while also doing three other jobs. There are plenty of certifications available, but very little support for the actual day-to-day reality of the role.

This is monthly 1:1 coaching for sustainability managers, CSR coordinators and newly-appointed ESG professionals who want a trusted thinking partner with real consulting experience. We work through what's on your desk right now, a stakeholder presentation, a supplier conflict, a reporting deadline, a difficult internal conversation, and build your clarity and competence over time.

Sessions are 90 minutes, fully remote, structured but flexible. Between sessions you can send documents for review, ask questions, and use BGlobal's resource library of templates and regulatory summaries.
