Hello, I am Berglind
Guiding & Coaching Future Generations
I've been in the trenches of the corporate social responsibility and later sustainability movement since 2005. Experiencing the development companies have been facing and noticing the same challenges you're likely in now. My journey has taken me through multiple roles around the sustainability landscape, giving me a unique insight into on what works and what doesn't.
As a Robbins-Madanes Training Certified Coach with diverse experience across NGOs, corporate world and public administration, I've been around the unique challenges sustainability professionals face, from stakeholder resistance to losing the vision.
When I am not coaching and teaching, you'll find me at my country cabin in Iceland, enjoying nature and practicing the very principles of recharging that I help others implement.
My mission is to inspire and cultivate positive change for a sustainable future by empowering those that are passionate about making a difference for Mother Earth.
