Hi! I am Berglind. Sustainability Leadership Coach with 20 Years of Experience.
Since 2005, I've been in the trenches of the sustainability movement, experiencing and noticing the same challenges you're facing now. My journey has taken me through multiple roles around the sustainability landscape, giving me a unique insight into on what works and what doesn't.
As a Robbins-Madanes Training Certified Coach with diverse experience across NGOs, corporate world and public administration, I've been around the unique challenges sustainability professionals face, from stakeholder resistance to burnout.
When I am not coaching and teaching young leaders, you'll find me at my country cabin in Iceland, enjoying nature, planting trees, practicing the very principles of recharging that I help others implement.
